This Privacy Policy describes how Luvoro ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares your information when you visit or make a purchase from our store.

When you make a purchase, we collect your name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment information. Payment details are processed securely by our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments or PayPal) — we never see or store your full card number.

We share your information only as needed to run the store: with Shopify (which hosts our store), with our fulfillment and shipping partners (to deliver your order), with payment processors (to process payment), and with analytics and advertising services such as Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel, which help us understand traffic and show relevant ads. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies. We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and measure how visitors use the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though the store may not work properly without them.
Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time through the contact form on our Contact page.
